L'application est gratuite. Aucun abonnement, aucun frais d'installation, aucune commission n'est facturé pour l'utilisation de l'application elle-même, ni via Shopify ni en dehors.
Frais de livraison facturés hors Shopify (exemption de facturation). AMEEX est un transporteur. Les seuls montants facturés au marchand sont les frais d'expédition de ses colis (livraison, retour, contre-remboursement). Ces frais varient selon la ville de destination, le poids, le type de service et le statut final du colis ; ils ne peuvent donc pas être proposés comme un tarif fixe via Shopify App Pricing ou l'API de facturation Shopify. Ils sont facturés directement par AMEEX au marchand, hors de Shopify, sur son compte client AMEEX. L'application relève à ce titre de l'exemption de facturation prévue par Shopify pour les applications qui gèrent des frais d'expédition et d'étiquettes variables.
L'application synchronise les commandes Shopify avec le compte client AMEEX du marchand : création des colis, impression des étiquettes et bons de livraison, suivi des statuts de livraison et mise à jour automatique des commandes. Toutes ces fonctionnalités sont incluses sans frais.
L'utilisation de l'application nécessite un compte client AMEEX (identifiant et clé API) et une activité de livraison au Maroc. Le compte est ouvert gratuitement auprès d'AMEEX.

The app is free. No subscription, setup fee or commission is charged for the app itself, either through Shopify or outside of it.
Shipping costs are billed off-platform (billing exemption). AMEEX is a delivery carrier. The only amounts charged to the merchant are the shipping costs of their parcels (delivery, return, cash on delivery handling). These costs fluctuate with destination city, weight, service type and the final status of each parcel, so they cannot be offered as a fixed charge through Shopify App Pricing or the Shopify Billing API. They are billed directly by AMEEX to the merchant, outside of Shopify, on the merchant's AMEEX customer account. The app is therefore eligible for Shopify's billing exemption for apps that handle fluctuating shipping and label costs.
Order sync between Shopify and the merchant's AMEEX account: parcel creation, label and delivery-note printing, delivery status tracking and automatic order updates. All of this is included at no charge.
Using the app requires an AMEEX customer account (API ID and key) and delivery activity in Morocco. The account is opened free of charge with AMEEX.
